I had a dreadful night last night for a variety of reasons, so forgive me if I spare you the extraneous commentary and just dive straight into yesterday’s meals:
Daiya mozzarella quesadilla with asparagus, mushrooms, onions, and chicken.
A turkey sandwich on sourdough with tomato, bacon bits, Daiya, and a drizzle of Italian dressing.
Two McDonalds chicken nuggets, one point each.
2/3 of a cup of Whole Foods organic rice mix – it makes such a beautiful side! Plus steamed broccoli and roasted chicken breast.
I also walked for 50 minutes (several miles) to get incense. Hooray for movement!
