I started off with turkey, an English muffin, and two egg whites (~200 calories).
For lunch, R made pizza – half of it came out to 550 calories, and half of it was what I ate, considering I burned off my entire breakfast.

For dinner, I tried my hand at making clam chowder. It was a quick recipe, and so the soup didn't have the development of flavours that I was looking for, but it was certainly edible and went well with sourdough and Earth Balance soy free.
