Nothing much to report here. It’s hard to believe that I’ve been doing C25K for a whole month already. I didn’t start week 5 with any particular trepidation – I already know that I can run for five minutes straight, and doing so three times instead of two wasn’t especially difficult. I’m saving day two for Wednesday, when it’s supposed to be cooler (can I take a minute to complain about it being 92F in Portland?!) and am a little bit more intimidated about running 8 minutes than I was about three sessions of 5. But nonetheless, I progress.
