Yesterday, I started off with a bacon and egg white sandwich thin. I fried the bacon crispy, so the sandwich lacked moisture and was not as tasty as I hoped.
Lunch was half of a chicken breast, a quarter of a yellow bell pepper, and one cup of couscous.
And for dinner, I had half a cup of macaroni noodles, one Italian chicken sausage, and more veggies.
Even with alcohol at the end of the day, my net intake was -887 calories. Whoo? 😉
