Well, I did it. It was hard, but I did it. I’m still on the fence about repeating week three, or maybe prolonging week four by alternating doing a day from week four with a day from week three. My ankles really hurt as I was starting out, but seemed to go away as time went on. GPS tracked my total distance at 2.5 miles and 300 calories burned and I feel pretty alright now, a half hour later, so maybe this is more in my head than in my physical abilities.
