I started out strong at breakfast, with a chicken, jalapeno, and Daiya cheese panini on TJ’s sliced sourdough.
I knew I wasn’t going to be eating lunch until kind of late, and not dinner until even later, so it seemed like a good choice.
I wanted a chicken burger for lunch, but one thing I’ve noticed since taking pictures of everything I eat is that I eat a lot of brown food, even when I’m “eating healthy.” So I went with a repeat of the previous day’s salad, instead.
I was really feeling the salad trend, so I bought a rotisserie chicken from Fred Meyer and made a taco salad without the tacos – baby greens, tomatoes, salsa instead of dressing, chicken, and a scoop of guacamole.
I also had a TJ’s strawberry floes popsicle for 2 points.
After dinner, I had a couple Sprite Zero+rum mixed drinks … not enough to get me drunk, but enough to get me to sleep! I still turned up under points for the day, and I haven’t dipped into the 5 activity points I earned a few days ago.
