Yesterday was a good day. I started off with some Earth Balance soy-free on Trader Joe’s sourdough, with egg whites “fried” in nonstick spray.

I splurged on a venti iced coffee with classic syrup.

It was a light breakfast because I thought I would have a heavier lunch, but it turns out I didn’t have time, so I threw together a quick salad at school, with an egg on the side.

Dinner was more substantial – a chicken burger.

After I came home, I had a slice of sourdough with Earth Balance soy-free (5 points) and one Busch NA (1 point).
