Starting week 2 seemed a little daunting, until I saw that I was to be running for 90 seconds, with a nice 2 minutes of walking in between. Nonetheless, it was challenging, mostly because I was dehydrated starting out (the warm-up walk gave me a sideache that never went away) and today was the hottest it’s been since I started. Next session will be on Monday, at which I will endeavour to be hydrated before I start out.
