I was still sore this morning, though less so than yesterday. The day was setting up to be a bit warmer than yesterday, so I got up and going after breakfast. It was definitely harder than yesterday – my legs were sore, my breathing picked up much faster than it did yesterday, and on top of that, I was having some problems with the music on my phone. Despite that , I did finish, and added an extra minute to my cool-down walk. I’m planning on doing the third day on Wednesday, so I can have a couple of days of rest before I start on Week 2.
